Process Engineer

• Solid track record in process engineering (7-10 years): Extensive practical experience in industrial environments, especially in project implementation in plants (brownfield) and production scaling (ramp-up).

• Advanced mastery of Lean methodology and statistical tools: Solid knowledge in process optimization (Kaizen, VSM, simulation) and quantitative quality control (Cp/Cpk, MSA, SPC, PFMEA).

• Analytical and results-oriented vision (KPIs): Ability to detect inefficiencies in a structured manner and directly impact key metrics such as OEE, cycle time, throughput, and scrap reduction.

• Rigor in traceability and standardization: Commitment to batch process control and to the creation of clear and replicable documentary standards.

• Technical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration: Ability to coordinate projects with production, quality, and engineering, guiding the team in problem-solving with proactivity and adaptability.

We are looking for a person with a background as a Process Engineer who, reporting to the Engineering Manager, carries out the implementation, validation, industrialization, and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes, guaranteeing their capacity, efficiency, quality, repeatability, and readiness for production capacity increases (ramp-up).

• Process optimization and flow maps (VSM): You will analyze workflows and value stream maps (VSM) to identify bottlenecks, balance production lines, and optimize cycle times.

• Commissioning and industrialization: You will lead pilot testing, commissioning, and ramp-up activities in projects, ensuring process stability and readiness.

• Technical validation and statistical control: You will design and execute process capability studies (Cp/Cpk), measurement system analyses (MSA / Gauge R&R) in automated inspections, PFMEA, Control Plans, and monitoring via SPC.

• Continuous improvement and scrap reduction: You will lead the continuous improvement plan (Kaizen/Lean) with quantified cost savings, providing active support to the waste/scrap reduction plan and non-conformity management.

• Traceability and standardization: You will be responsible for the batch traceability system (from raw material to finished product) and the technical process documentation (work instructions, user manuals, and manufacturing standards).
