Job description:
At McDonald's, we are looking for a Customer Experience Person (PEC) who will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave.
Your main mission will be to create a welcoming, close, and cheerful atmosphere, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed, heard, and attended to.
What you'll do
- Receive and welcome customers with a smile.
- Help customers place their orders and resolve doubts about the menu.
- Ensure that families and children have a pleasant experience.
- Manage incidents or complaints proactively and kindly.
- Supervise the dining area so that it is always clean and in order.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to offer fast and quality service.
- Detect opportunities for improvement in the customer experience and propose solutions.
- Offer our promotions and new products to be discovered to customers.
