What we're looking for

University Degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics.
Minimum experience of at least 5 years in managing teams of engineers.
Knowledge of electromechanics and programmable logic controllers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced English level, both spoken and written.

The role

Currently at our new headquarters in Hospitalet de Llobregat, we need to incorporate a Technical Manager.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers in lightweight robotics projects.
Guarantee the quality, scalability, and technical viability of the developed solutions.
Foster collaboration between mechanical, electrical, control, and systems teams.
Identify and mitigate technical risks during the development cycle.
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
