What you'll do

During your internship, you will collaborate with the team on tasks such as:

  • Personalized guest service: resolving doubts, supporting special requests, and anticipating their needs.
  • Management of the customer experience from arrival to departure.
  • Escorting and welcoming VIP clients and groups.
  • Review and monitoring of quality standards in different areas of the hotel.
