Your mission as a Baggage Porter will be to assist guests with handling the luggage of guests arriving at and leaving the hotel, ensuring the safety and protection of said luggage while it is on the hotel premises. As well as ensuring that guests' messages and mail are delivered in accordance with established standards.

What are we looking for?

• Training in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar Customer Service.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of handling loading equipment.
• Experience in access control.
• Skills for handling complaints, claims, and requests.
• Service vocation.
• A high level of English is essential, with knowledge of a second language being valued.
• A valid driver's license is essential.

• Knowledge of safety and first aid is valued.

Tu misión como Mozo/a de equipaje será asistir a los huéspedes en el manejo del equipaje de los huéspedes que llegan y se van del hotel, asegurar la seguridad y protección de dicho equipaje mientras esté en las instalaciones del hotel. Así como garantizar que los mensajes y el correo de los huéspedes sean entregados de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Formación en Turismo, Hostelería, Atención al Cliente similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posición similar en hoteles de 5*.
• Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
• Conocimientos de manejo de equipos de carga.
• Experiencia en control de accesos.
• Habilidades para manejar quejas, reclamaciones y peticiones.
• Vocación de servicio.
• Imprescindible alto nivel de inglés, siendo valorable conocimientos de un 2º idioma.
• Imprescindible estar en posesión del carne de conducir.

• Conocimientos de seguridad y primeros auxilios valorables.
