PMO Consultant (Strategy and Governance)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Senior PMO or Portfolio Consultant, with a strong component in transformation and governance.
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration (ADE), Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Technical and Methodological Competencies:
• Deep knowledge in governance and strategic portfolio management.
• Proven experience in digital and organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in benefits and change management.
• Experience in the design and implementation of PMO governance and maturity models.
• Advanced analytical capacity and experience in data analytics.
• Knowledge of tools and ecosystems such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in process automation and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of document management and data quality.
• Interest and knowledge in the application of AI in management.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage complex projects.
• Language Competencies: Advanced level of Spanish (native or bilingual).

• Certifications (Highly valued): PMP (Project Management Professional) and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

We are looking for a Senior PMO Consultant with a solid track record in organizational transformation and governance, capable of leading the development and implementation of PMO maturity models and strategic roadmaps. This role is fundamental to driving excellence in project and portfolio management, with a particular focus on process optimization and the achievement of business objectives. You will be a key reference in the definition and execution of governance and transformation strategies, providing a comprehensive vision and proven expertise.

• Strategic PMO and Portfolio Leadership: Define, implement, and optimize the PMO governance model and the strategic management of the organization's project and program portfolio.
• Organizational and Digital Transformation: Lead digital and organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy and the achievement of expected benefits.
• Development of Maturity Models: Design and implement maturity models for the PMO, identifying areas for improvement and defining action plans to reach optimal performance levels.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and manage strategic roadmaps for the implementation of management, transformation, and governance capabilities.
• Benefits and Change Management: Establish frameworks for the management of project and program benefits, as well as lead and facilitate organizational change management to ensure the successful adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Executive Analysis and Reporting: Develop and present executive dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs), value metrics, and data analysis for decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Identify continuous improvement opportunities in project, portfolio, and PMO management processes, proposing and implementing automation and optimization solutions.
• Governance and Quality: Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and data quality in portfolio management.
• Innovation: Research and propose the application of innovative approaches, including artificial intelligence, in management processes.
