What you'll do

-Will provide support to project teams for the execution of international shipments under the responsibility of each project.

Knowledge of international shipping processes and management, as well as warehouse movements, is required. It would also be convenient if they could provide support for making purchase requests within the International ATM department.

For this, it will be necessary to: ¿ Coordinate with the project regarding the equipment under shipment and its destination. ¿ Determine any special conditions of the destination country that must be taken into account regarding the shipment. ¿ Coordinate and check the contents of the shipment packages with the warehouse managers. ¿ Manage with the foreign trade department the necessary procedures for the collection and processing of the shipment, as well as its tracking until the final destination. Knowledge in: - Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Customs and foreign trade terminology. Intermediate-high English. You will not need to operate entirely in English, but most of the documentation handled is in English given that it is an international environment. Required qualification: Higher Degree (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics or International Trade. Confirmation of starting in the tool, as well as uploading documentation to it, must be carried out 3 working days in advance of the requested service start date. Candidate data (first and last name, ID number) must be correctly completed.
