What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in support, maintenance, or application operations.
ITSM and incident management.
Event management and escalations.
Functional knowledge of payment methods:
Authorization.
Card lifecycle.
Disputes.
Settlement.
Tokenization.
OAS flows.
AWS and CloudWatch.
Kubernetes/EKS (basic operation).
Microservices and distributed systems.
APIs and API Gateway.
Kafka, MSK, or Confluent.
RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging technologies.
Aurora/RDS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
S3, EBS, and EFS.
Control-M or Airflow.
Observability: logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
GitOps.
ArgoCD and GitHub Cloud.

Nice to have

Experience in banking or payment methods.
Knowledge of cloud architectures.

The role

We are currently looking to incorporate several Junior profiles for a maintenance team within the Payment Methods area.

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of incidents and events.
Analysis and escalation of incidents according to ITSM procedures.
Monitoring of critical applications and services.
Operational support in AWS environments.
Basic supervision of Kubernetes/EKS platforms.
Monitoring and analysis of APIs and microservices.
Monitoring of batch processes and integration flows.
Collaboration with development, operations, and business teams.
Preparation of service reports and reports.
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
