The role

Are you passionate about fashion and excited to drive the technical launch of our rapidly expanding retail stores across Europe?

We're seeking an energetic IT Support (Junior/mid) - Retail with an innovative mindset and a passion for ensuring seamless daily operations across our physical stores and leading the on-site technical setup for new international openings.

What you'll do

Your role

● Provide daily technical support for store operations, including POS/Shopify POS, hardware, networks, printers, and devices.

● Travel bi-monthly to configure and deploy technology for new store openings, setting up connectivity, cameras, and POS systems.

● Support the rollout of Project Tango, including store laptops, Live View camera setups, and Store Manager checklists.

● Act as the critical bridge between IT and Store Managers, training them on essential tools and technical processes.

● Document standard store setups and recurring issues while supporting future in-store tech projects like RFID and stock control.
