Commercial Manager - Málaga

• A higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar will be valued.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial team management.
• Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Excel, CRM, etc.).
• We will value knowledge of the HoReCa channel, management of sales and distribution networks, as well as leadership, communication, negotiation, results orientation, and data analysis skills.
• Intermediate level English knowledge.
• Valid and approved driver's license, due to occasional travel that may be required to get to know the business fabric of the area.

Please note that this is a schedule from Monday to Saturdays (alternating) in a continuous morning shift, except for afternoon shifts on call which you will perform according to the staff roster. We will value if you possess a B2 (Upper Intermediate) level in English

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Makro Málaga team. Below, we will tell you all the details of the role.

Your mission; you will lead the sales team within the center, driving the growth of sales, profitability and the loyalty of HoReCa sector customers.

Your main responsibilities: 

• You will define and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• You will manage the team of center managers, motivating and developing their commercial skills.
• You will analyze sales and competitiveness data to make strategic decisions.
• You will foster strong relationships with customers, offering personalized solutions.
• You will collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.

📋 This position will have a permanent contract on a full-time basis.

• You will report to the Area Director
• You will be responsible for a team of between 15 people.
