B2C Sales Manager

• 💼 Previous experience of at least 3 years as a team leader in commercial acquisition performing the described functions (coaching, KPI analysis, team motivation and training, reporting, etc.).

• 📍 Resident in Marbella or nearby areas.

• 🚗 Valid driver's license (Class B) is essential.

• 🗣️ High English level

• 🚪 Supervise and accompany the commercial acquisition team in performing prospecting and acquisition of individual customers through "warm door" techniques, allowing for direct contact with each neighbor and understanding their needs on an individualized basis.

• 🔗 Serve as support to the sales team and detect training needs for each team member, conducting weekly meetings, 1to1s and role play to improve the effectiveness rate of the sales team.

• 🛠️ Develop and execute effective sales strategies adapted to each work area and perform monitoring of the established KPIs.

• 🤝 Train the commercial team in negotiation and sales closing techniques to help the neighbors in your area have more space for the life they want to live.

• 🔄 Perform monitoring of sales in your branch and present reports to management regarding results and implemented strategies.
