The role

We are looking for an Area Manager Europe - Fertilizers (M/F/D) with experience in the Agro-Bio sector to lead export activities across Europe. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients and distributors in the assigned region.

What you'll do

Manage and develop export strategies across Europe for the fertilizer sector.
Identify and acquire new clients and distributors in the assigned region.
Supervise and coordinate commercial activities with local sales teams.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets and established margins.
Conduct market and competition analysis to identify business opportunities.
Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring optimal service.
Prepare sales and results reports for management.
Participate in trade fairs and sector events to promote the company's products.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University education in ITA or AI.
Previous experience in exports, preferably in the fertilizer sector.
Solid knowledge of international trade and customs regulations.
Ability to negotiate and establish long-lasting commercial relationships.
Fluency in English and other European languages will be positively valued.
Willingness to travel within Europe.
Ability to work independently and with a results-oriented approach.
