Experience as a labor advisor in an advisory firm, management office, or professional firm.
Proficiency in payroll, social security, contracting, and the RED System.
Proficiency in some payroll software (A2 or SAGE).
Up-to-date knowledge of labor and Social Security regulations, and the ability to interpret different collective agreements and sectors.
Experience in the payroll process from start to finish.
Native Spanish or equivalent level.

At Numonis, we are looking for a Labor Advisor. An opportunity to join an established team at a moment of transformation, helping us build a more agile, close-knit advisory service supported by technology.

Our clients are freelancers and small businesses who want to focus on their business, not on fighting with payroll, contracts, or Social Security. We need someone who manages their labor workload with rigor and autonomy, and who serves as their trusted interlocutor.

You will manage the complete labor cycle for your clients—from hiring to final settlement—and advise them so they can make good decisions regarding their team, always complying with regulations.

This is not a "just processing payroll" position. It is an advisory position, with direct contact with the client and space to improve how we work.

What you'll do

You will support the management of a client portfolio (freelancers and SMEs) in everything related to the labor area.
Prepare and review payroll, social security, and settlements (RED System, SILTRA).
Process registrations, cancellations, and variations in Social Security, as well as contracts through Contrat@.
Manage IT, maternity/paternity leave, final settlements, and company certificates.
Prepare and submit forms 111 and 190 in coordination with the tax team.
You will provide support regarding advice on hiring modalities, bonuses, collective agreements, dismissals, and sanctions.
Resolve client doubts in a clear, close, and fast manner, via telephone, email, or video call.
Propose improvements and automations in labor processes, leveraging digital tools and AI.
