Facilities DEO Assistant (m/f) - Madrid/Lleida

At Page Group we are looking for a Facilities DEO Assistant profile, to join a project located in Lleida, with subsequent continuity in Madrid

The project will be developed in Lleida, although it will not be necessary to reside there. The position will be based in Madrid, with weekly trips to the site.

FUNCTIONS:

• Resolving doubts and conflicts on site, based on the Project and regulations.
• On-site monitoring of the correct execution of the installations, adaptation and commissioning of the installations planned in the Project.
• Daily reporting to the person responsible for site progress.
• Control of material reception.
• Monitoring of the technical and legal regulations applicable in the field of installations.
• Supervision to ensure the planned designs in the Project are respected. Communication and resolution of incidents.
• Management and coordination with the person in charge and support team.
• Active collaboration in the event of modifications to the Project.
• Ensuring compliance with the specifications and requirements of the Projects, as well as the commitments made with the client.

Engineering firm with more than 25 years of experience and national and international presence, working in different sectors: residential, tertiary, singular and industrial.

• At least 1 year of experience on site, executing installations.
• Education: Technical Architecture or similar.

NOTE: the candidate will not sign the Construction Management.

Desde Page Group nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Asistencia a DEO de instalaciones, para incorporarse en un proyecto situado en Lleida, con posterior continuidad en Madrid

El proyecto se desarrollará en Lleida, aunque no será necesario residir allí. La posición tendrá base en Madrid, realizando desplazamientos semanales a la obra.

FUNCIONES:

• Resolución de dudas y conflictos en obra, en base a Proyecto y normativa.
• Seguimiento en obra de la correcta ejecución de las instalaciones, adecuación y puesta en marcha de las instalaciones planificadas en Proyecto.
• Reporte diario a responsable de avance en obra.
• Control de recepción de materiales.
• Seguimiento de la normativa técnica y legal aplicable en el ámbito de las instalaciones.
• Vigilancia a la hora de respetar los diseños planificados en Proyecto. Comunicación y resolución de incidencias.
• Gestión y coordinación con el responsable y equipo de apoyo.
• Colaboración activa en caso de modificación al Proyecto.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones y requerimientos de los Proyectos, así como los compromisos contraídos con cliente.

• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en obra, ejecutando instalaciones.
