What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technological projects or IT teams in corporate environments.
University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
Solid knowledge of data architectures and Data Warehouse environments using Microsoft Azure technologies.
Experience in data modeling and transformation (ELT, dimensional models, SCD, medallion architecture, etc.).
Hands-on experience developing reporting and analysis solutions with Power BI.
Participation in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning projects with real business application.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and coordinate different areas of the company.
Advanced level of English (minimum C1).

Nice to have

Certifications related to Azure, Data & AI will be valued.

What you'll do

Lead data and analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality.
Act as the main interlocutor between business areas and the Data team for the definition and prioritization of new initiatives.
Manage the project backlog and coordinate team capacity to ensure efficient execution.
Design and develop new data solutions, establishing the architecture and technical foundations before scaling and maintenance.
Drive the evolution of the corporate data ecosystem, ensuring compliance with security, governance, and data quality policies.
Identify operational improvement opportunities through process automation and advanced analytics.
Lead the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities applied to real business use cases.
Coordinate training sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer to users and stakeholders.
Manage risks, dependencies, and possible deviations within the projects under their responsibility.
