Deputy Finance Director

A leading company in the hotel sector is looking to hire a Deputy Chief Financial Officer for its corporate offices in Madrid. The selected person will participate in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis, acting as direct support to the Finance Department. They will play a key role in transformation projects, process optimization, and system implementation.

• Previous experience in companies within the Hospitality/Hotel sector is essential.
• Experience in the implementation, optimization, or management of technological systems

• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and the company's strategic plans.
• Lead and coordinate financial planning processes and profitability analysis by business unit, hotel, and line of activity.
• Develop advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and improve financial and operational reporting processes for the Management and the Executive Committee.
• Drive financial transformation projects and continuous process improvement in complex corporate environments.
• Lead implementation, development, and optimization projects for ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Participate in the implementation and integration of new technological tools linked to hotel management, reservations, revenue management, and data exploitation.
• Develop dashboards and business indicators using Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
• Guarantee the quality, integrity, and automation of financial and operational information.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations, Revenue, Commercial, and Technology areas to improve business efficiency and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and the generation of operational efficiencies.
• Support the Finance Department in strategic projects, investment analysis, openings, acquisitions, or growth initiatives.
• Participate in the definition and standardization of financial processes at a corporate level.
