Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Competitive salary and professional development.
  • Freedom to define and expand the area's service offering.
  • Existing technical team and the capacity to incorporate new profiles (lawyers, engineers, or others) according to business needs.
  • Support from the company's sales force for business development.
  • Newly created position, with direct visibility to Management and real capacity to impact the company's growth.
  • Joining a consolidated group.

The role

Lead, structure, and grow the Consulting area as a true business unit: defining its strategic and commercial plan, expanding the service portfolio, generating new business (both independently and in collaboration with the brokerage's sales team), and managing the current and future technical team (legal, engineering, or risk profiles that are incorporated according to the area's needs).

What you'll do

  • Design and execute the business plan for the Consulting area: objectives, service lines, pricing, necessary resources, and growth roadmap.
  • Generate new business directly (prospecting, value proposition, closing) and in coordination with the company's commercial network, identifying cross-selling opportunities with the brokerage activity.
  • Expand the service portfolio beyond legal consulting (compliance, whistleblowing channels, money laundering) by incorporating new lines such as risk management, risk auditing, risk supervision, and 360º risk mapping.
  • Lead and develop the area's team, currently oriented toward legal consulting, by incorporating or coordinating other profiles (engineering, risk, legal) according to the needs of each project or client.
  • Supervise the technical quality and delivery of services, in coordination with internal technical managers and external collaborators.
  • Report the evolution of the area to the Company Management: commercial results, profitability, pipeline, and resource needs.
  • Represent the Consulting area before clients, partners, and industry forums, contributing to the company's positioning as a benchmark in integrated risk management.

Summary

  • National Insurance Broker.
  • Director of the Consulting Area.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

  • Demonstrable experience leading an area, business unit, or team within a consultancy, brokerage, insurance company, or professional services firm.
  • Track record in business generation and development: client acquisition, negotiation, and closing of operations, ideally in the fields of risk, insurance, compliance, or consulting.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (legal, technical, or risk profiles).
  • Knowledge of criminal compliance, data protection, anti-money laundering, or corporate risk management.
  • Strategic and business vision: ability to build and execute an area plan with clear objectives.
  • Commercial and results orientation, with the ability to generate own opportunities.
  • Team leadership and people management, including the recruitment and development of new profiles.
  • Ability to communicate with General Management and high-level clients.
