The role

This position represents an opportunity to build and lead the technological function of a growing organization, providing a strategic vision, professionalizing the IT area, and accelerating the group's digital transformation through data, automation, and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Important services sector company located in Alicante.
Strategic position reporting to General Management.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

Define and implement the organization's technological and digital strategy.
Act as an internal benchmark in digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Drive process improvement and operational optimization projects in collaboration with business areas.
Lead the evolution of the technological architecture and corporate systems.
Establish a data exploitation and governance strategy.
Coordinate technological providers and external consultants.
Guarantee the correct operation of the technological infrastructure and IT services.
Support the company's growth and expansion plans from a technological perspective.
Promote more agile working methodologies oriented towards organizational efficiency.
Act as an interlocutor between technology and business, ensuring that technological investments provide tangible value.

Team and technological environment

The person joining will lead an environment currently composed of:

Systems Manager.
Systems Technician (Helpdesk and Microcomputing).
External consultants specialized in Artificial Intelligence.

Main platforms:

ERP and CRM
Automation and AI application initiatives.
Process optimization and organizational transformation projects.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Experience

Experience leading Technology, Systems, or Digital Transformation areas.
Track record driving digitalization, automation, and process improvement projects.
Valuable experience in environments with multiple centers or locations.
Knowledge of technological provider management and corporate projects.
Valuable previous experience as a strategic consultant, functional consultant, or digital transformation manager.

Real experience in the application of Artificial Intelligence to the business.
