The role

As Site Manager - Residential/Unique in Madrid, you will coordinate the daily execution of residential and unique projects within the real estate sector. You will organize works on-site to meet planning, maintain quality, and facilitate the progress of each phase.

What you'll do

Coordinate daily works on-site to ensure compliance with the established planning.
Organize the activity of the teams and collaborating companies present at each project.
Supervise the correct execution of the residential and unique construction items.
Control the progress of the works and communicate any operational needs that may affect deadlines.
Review the materials and resources available to maintain the continuity of the works.
Ensure the order and coordination of the different execution phases on-site.
Perform daily monitoring of the works to detect incidents and promote their resolution.
Collaborate with the construction team to guarantee execution aligned with the project objectives.
