The role

We are looking for a SITE MANAGER, RESIDENTIAL BUILDING, to work for a family-owned company that has experienced exponential growth in recent years.

What you'll do

Economic and Budget Management:

Preparation and control of the income and expense budget, as well as cost management and monthly closings. Negotiation of the necessary technical modifications on site and their economic valuation.

Technical and Execution Management:

Responsible for the execution of the work in accordance with the contract conditions, plans, and technical specifications. Control of construction deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Technical office tasks: preparation of plans (CAD, REVIT), carrying out site surveys, measurements, legalizations, and studies.

Supervision of finishes and management of final details.

Coordination and Negotiation:

Main point of contact for the property owner, clients, and the Technical Management Team.

Coordination of teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

Purchasing management: negotiation of contracts and orders with suppliers and subcontractors.
