We are looking for a Global Talent & Culture Lead / Senior Specialist to lead talent and performance strategies in the retail/automotive sector. The position is based in Alcobendas and is part of the Human Resources department.

• Multinational company located in Alcobendas.
• Advanced level of English is essential.

The person will be responsible for defining, leading, and implementing the global Talent & Culture strategy, ensuring talent development, employee experience, leadership growth, and a high-performance culture aligned with the business.

• Talent and culture. Define the global strategy, design the Employee Value Proposition, drive corporate culture, and coordinate global talent policies and processes.
• Performance. Design Goal Setting and Performance Review, align individual, team, and corporate objectives, define calibrations, and analyze results to drive development and organizational improvement.
• Talent Management. Identify and develop talent, assess potential, define career paths, implement succession for critical positions, develop programs for high-potential groups, and promote internal mobility.
• Learning & Development. Define the global training strategy, the capabilities model, and leadership and executive development programs; identify critical competencies and measure training impact.
• Employee Experience. Lead global climate and engagement surveys, coordinate action plans, drive engagement, recognition, wellbeing, onboarding, and the employee journey.
• Corporate Talent Acquisition. Supervise and carry out the selection of corporate and strategic positions, define standards and candidate experience, drive employer branding, and collaborate in the identification of key talent.
• Culture, leadership, and change. Design cultural and leadership programs, develop change management, and support managers in creating high-performance teams.
• Define talent, development, engagement, and performance KPIs, and analyze turnover, potential, performance, and climate to identify risks and opportunities.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• University degree in areas related to Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.
• 6-8 years of previous experience in talent management and performance evaluation in multinational companies, preferably in the retail/automotive sector.
• Advanced level of English is essential.
• Knowledge of technological tools applied to Human Resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical capacity and focus on continuous improvement.
