At Catenon Madrid, we are looking for a Global Digital Recruiter with experience in the Executive Search industry focused on candidate selection and assessment, participating in "end to end" processes, and who wants to work with a global approach.
Your functions:
- Management of all key phases of the recruitment processes for A to C level positions nationally and internationally: in-depth briefing meetings with the director to ensure alignment on job requirements, definition of the combination of search strategies, in-depth searching, and assessment of potential candidates.
- Attraction of active and passive candidates through direct search and all appropriate approaches: LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, social networks, cold calling, and active channeling of the best talent.
- Management of candidate assessment and follow-up using Catenon's methodology and tools through Catenon's internal platform, Smapick.
- Conducting telephone, in-depth, and recorded video interviews to assess candidates' "hard skills" and "soft skills" according to the job requirements.
- Working hand in hand with the manager and the client to ensure the quality and adequacy of the recruitment process.
- Achieving satisfactory execution and quality KPIs.
- Leading all projects relating to the attraction and inclusion of diverse profiles.

What you need to bring:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, digital selection, talent acquisition, or HR-related tasks
- University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Law, Psychology, or HR
- Excellent communication and organization skills, prioritization and working to deadlines, dynamic and proactive, results-oriented, collaborative, ability to understand business needs through specific profiles.
- Knowledge in assessment and/or coaching will be valued.
- High level of Spanish and high level of English are required (Other languages would be a great plus).
- Comfortable with new technologies and digital search tools.
- Dynamic and proactive, results-oriented, collaborative.
- Fast and continuous learning attitude, high capacity for autonomous work.
