Talent Acquisition and Transformation Lead

What we are looking for

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and leadership of teams or projects, ideally in professional services or high-volume recruitment environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment cycle, its indicators, tools, risks, and policies.
• Experience in transformation, digitalization, automation, or the application of AI in Human Resources.
• A profile with initiative, autonomy, analytical capacity, and adaptation to changing priorities.
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders, combining strategic vision and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with SuccessFactors, ATS, and talent analytics, as well as professional English, will be valued.

In the Deloitte Talent team, we are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition professional to accelerate the evolution of recruitment within the Firm. You will combine operational excellence, close leadership, and the execution of transformation projects through artificial intelligence, data, and technology.

Your day-to-day

• You will coordinate and support the Recruitment team, organizing priorities and capabilities in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Ensure agile, rigorous, and consistent processes, while taking care of the experience of candidates and hiring managers.
• Drive improvement projects using artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics, from design through to adoption and monitoring.
• Coordinate Talent Planning initiatives and the evolution of the tools that support recruitment.
• Enhance data quality and reporting in SuccessFactors (SSFF), converting information into decisions and action plans.
• Review recruitment policies and identify opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement.
