The role

At Michael Page, we are looking for a Senior Hardware Validation Engineer to join an advanced technological project. The selected person will be part of a senior technical team, participating actively in the evaluation, characterization, and debugging of hardware, with a strong practical component and product focus.

What you'll do

Evaluation and validation of hardware and integrated circuits in a laboratory environment.
Analysis of real product behavior, identifying technical issues and deviations from specifications.
Performing electrical, analog, digital, and RF measurements using laboratory instrumentation.
Resolution of technical problems in advanced stages of product development, working autonomously.
Analysis of results and collaboration with other technical teams to improve hardware design and reliability.
Support in the development and maintenance of test and automation scripts (Python or other languages).
Participation in the definition, validation, and improvement of test platforms and PCB boards.
Documentation of results and technical communication with internal and/or international teams.

Summary

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience (min. 5 years) in hardware evaluation or validation.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience (min. 5 years) in a similar position.
Hardware product development.
Real experience working in a laboratory.
Knowledge of Python for test automation (mid-advanced level).
Knowledge of PCB at a conceptual level or through collaboration with design.
Autonomous, analytical, and problem-solving profile, capable of providing technical value.
Fluent English at a technical and conversational level. German is a plus.
