The role

At Page Personnel, we are looking for a Product Engineer for an important multinational company with international presence.

What you'll do

FUNCTIONS:

Technical analysis and benchmarking.

Analyze systems and solutions, identify strengths and improvements against the competition, and develop differentiating technical sales arguments.

Monitoring of regulations, market trends, and indicators.

Stay up to date on regulations, trends, and the evolution of key construction market indicators, assessing their impact on the portfolio and sharing relevant insights.

Technical support for projects, launches, and sales arguments.

Collaborate internally on product definition and launch, translating technical requirements into commercial advantages (and vice versa), developing sales arguments and support materials, and contributing to post-launch analysis.

Identification of technical gaps and coordination of testing.

Analyze technical gaps in the offering, propose actions, and coordinate installation tests to verify performance and ease of use.

Collaboration in training.

Support the technical training of the commercial team, facilitating the proper use of sales arguments and technical materials.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Materials Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development, or similar.
Postgraduate education or courses in product management, efficient construction, technical regulations, or development of construction solutions will be valued.
Minimum 2-3 years in technical positions related to product analysis, development of construction solutions, systems engineering, technical benchmarking, or similar roles in construction, materials, or technical consulting companies.
Advanced English, B2 or higher.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis and reporting), PowerPoint, and Word.
Proficiency in document management software and technical information systems (may include tools such as SharePoint, SAP, or similar depending on the company).
Experience with BIM modeling tools, AutoCAD, or construction-specific software will be valued.
Experience in reviewing technical regulations, product testing, or coordinating installation tests will be valued.
