We live in a strange time for building software: AI is already able to generate in minutes code that used to take months. That doesn't make engineers less necessary — it makes them more important. Because what's truly scarce now is judgment: knowing what to build, why to build it, and how to measure whether it worked.

That's what we're looking for. A Senior Product Engineer who doesn't want to be "just another technical profile," but someone who genuinely cares about how what they build moves the business forward.

First 30 days: you'll understand how the team works and its dynamics, and from the very first week you'll already be contributing. You'll have a Tech Buddy who will show you the complete technical landscape: how we work, who you interact with, who makes decisions, where the context is and where we're headed.

First 60 days: you'll already have your own project assigned. Someone may still accompany you, but you'll be able to make practically any decision about it.

First 90 days: you'll be a fully autonomous developer — you take part in all the meetings that involve you and own the complete cycle: build, launch, measure and decide what comes next.

• 5+ years as a full stack developer.

• You master TypeScript (any additional modern language is a plus).

• You know your way around cloud — we use AWS.

• You can take a feature end to end: from definition to measuring the result.

• You use AI in your day-to-day as a natural part of how you build, not as an extra.

• A huge desire to keep learning.

• You communicate by default — you know how to give and receive feedback, and adapt when priorities change (they do change here).

• Availability to come to Madrid once a month.

No endless processes or hierarchies that slow things down. We work with a three-layer system:

• Bets — the CEO and CTO define the challenges for each quarter.

• Owners — each owner runs a complete project, from start to finish.

• Services — Design, PM and Engineering available on demand for whatever each owner needs.

Your day-to-day: total freedom to move your project forward, make the decisions you see fit, and use the service layers when you need them. Daily every day, "after weekend" on Mondays to reconnect as a team, and a retro every two weeks. Nothing else. No meetings that don't add value.

Vivimos en un momento raro para construir software: la IA ya es capaz de generar en minutos código que antes tomaba meses. Eso no hace menos falta a los ingenieros — los hace más importantes. Porque ahora lo que de verdad escasea es el criterio: saber qué construir, por qué construirlo y cómo medir si funcionó.

Eso es lo que buscamos. Un/a Senior Product Engineer que no quiera ser "un perfil técnico más", sino alguien a quien le importe de verdad cómo lo que construye mueve el negocio.

Primeros 30 días: vas a entender cómo funciona el equipo y sus dinámicas, y desde la primera semana ya vas a estar aportando. Tendrás un Tech Buddy que te va a mostrar el terreno técnico completo: cómo trabajamos, con quién interactúas, quiénes deciden, dónde está el contexto y hacia dónde vamos.

Primeros 60 días: ya tendrás un proyecto propio asignado. Puede que alguien te acompañe todavía, pero vas a poder tomar prácticamente cualquier decisión sobre él.

Primeros 90 días: serás un developer totalmente autónomo — participas en todas las reuniones que te tocan y llevas el ciclo completo: construir, lanzar, medir y decidir cómo sigue.
