We are living in a strange moment for building software: AI is already capable of generating in minutes code that used to take months. That does not make engineers less necessary—it makes them more important. Because now, what is truly scarce is judgment: knowing what to build, why to build it, and how to measure if it worked.

That's what we're looking for. A Senior Product Engineer who doesn't want to be "just another technical profile," but someone who genuinely cares about how what they build moves the business forward.

We started in 2021 with a whiteboard and a strong desire to turn traditional learning on its head. Today we're +130 people, three brands (Atlas, Polaris, and Explora FP) and one very clear mission: to change the way people learn.

The Tech team is horizontal—you don't work for a single vertical; you work in the project pool that has the most impact at any given moment.

No endless processes or hierarchies that slow things down. We work with a three-layer system:

• Bets - the CEO and the CTO define the challenges for each quarter.

• Owners - each owner manages a complete project, from start to finish.

• Services - Design, PM, and Engineering available on demand for whatever each owner needs.

Your day-to-day: total freedom to move your project forward, make the decisions you see fit, and use the service layers when you need them. Daily every day, "after weekend" on Mondays to reconnect as a team, and a retro every two weeks. That's it. No meetings that don't add value.

• 5+ years as a full stack developer.

• You master TypeScript (any modern language is a plus).

• That you know how to navigate the cloud—we use AWS.

• You can take a feature from start to finish: from definition to measuring the results.

• You use AI in your day-to-day as a natural part of how you build, not as an extra.

• You're eager to keep learning.

• That you communicate by default—that you know how to give and receive feedback, and adapt when priorities change (they change here).

• Availability to come to Madrid once a month.

We're not looking for someone who just writes code. We're looking for a builder with judgment, who cares about impact as much as about the code itself.

First 30 days: you'll understand how the team works and its dynamics, and from the first week you'll already be contributing. You'll have a Tech Buddy who'll show you the technical landscape: how we work, who you interact with, who makes decisions, where the context is, and where we're headed.

First 60 days: you'll already have your own project assigned. Someone might still be by your side, but you'll be able to make practically any decision about it.

First 90 days: you will be a fully autonomous developer—you participate in all the meetings relevant to you and manage the complete cycle: build, launch, measure, and decide how to proceed.
