Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Telecommunications Systems Engineering, Electronics, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in satellite systems maintenance (other systems will not be considered).
Experience in maintenance, operation, or support of satellite communications earth stations or similar is essential (other networks will not be considered).
Knowledge and experience in handling Radio Frequency measurement equipment for laboratory tests, field measurements, station calibration, and fault diagnosis.
Own vehicle for access to the facilities located in Hoyo de Manzanares.

Nice to have

Highly valuable programming knowledge oriented to test environments and process automation with measurement equipment.
Valuable experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for procedure development, diagnostics, and technical support.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract directly with the company.
Fixed salary depending on experience and training, from 26,000€ to 44,000€.
Annual variable compensation of 10% over fixed salary.
Monthly travel allowance of 400€.
Guard allowance, with compensation of 460€ even if no incidents occur, and payment of overtime in case of intervention.
Hybrid work model with up to 6 days of teleworking per month.

International company located in Hoyo de Manzanares, specializing in the development, operation, and control of satellite systems, working in close collaboration with national and international institutional bodies, requires the incorporation of MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS specialized in telecommunications electronic maintenance.

What you'll do

Manage, supervise, and maintain the facilities and systems that support the company's satellite fleet.
Generate and execute maintenance plans associated with systems, ensuring their correct operation and availability.
Prepare technical documentation related to installation, integration, validation, and verification tests of ground stations.
Provide technical training to users and operators of the systems managed by the department.
Perform diagnostic and incident resolution activities using Radio Frequency measurement equipment and specific analysis tools.
