The role

Boost your professional career by participating in innovative industrial projects, leading their development from the design phase to implementation, and contributing directly to the improvement of processes and technical solutions.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Lead the implementation of new projects and product developments.
Coordinate the different areas involved: Production, Quality, Molds, Materials, and Commercial.
Design and develop packaging, components, and molds for new launches.
Manage the validation and approval of molds, including regulated environments such as the pharmaceutical sector.
Supervise industrial tests, sample manufacturing, and the implementation of new developments.
Lead change control projects related to product, materials, and packaging.
Drive design improvements focused on sustainability, recyclability, and cost optimization.
Collaborate on plant engineering projects, designs, and facility expansions.
Provide technical support to production in resolving complex incidents related to molds and processes.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected person must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Industrial Organization, or similar.
One year of experience in industrial project management, product development, or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of CAD design, experience with Siemens NX / UGS is desirable.
Professional level of English.
Profile oriented towards coordination, continuous improvement, and the simultaneous management of multiple projects.
