Commercial and Procedural Law Manager

We are looking to hire a Manager for the Procedural and Commercial area within the legal practice of a major firm in the Levante region. The selected person will join a consolidated team, participating in matters of high technical complexity and with a transversal vision of corporate legal advice.

• Possibility of residence in Valencia, Alicante, or Murcia.
• Experience in the commercial and procedural area.

• Advising companies on matters of Commercial and Corporate Law.
• Direction and monitoring of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings in the civil, commercial, and banking fields.
• Participation in national and international litigation and arbitration.
• Advising on corporate operations and commercial transactions.
• Preparation and review of legal reports, lawsuits, responses, appeals, and corporate documentation.
• Definition of procedural strategies and coordination of matters of high complexity.
• Direct interlocution with clients, judicial bodies, arbitrators, and other advisors.
• Leadership, supervision, and development of the legal team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Consolidated experience in a top-tier law firm or professional services firm.
• Track record in Commercial and Procedural Law matters.
• Valuable experience in banking litigation, arbitration, and corporate operations.
• Team management capacity and direct client relationship skills.
• High professional English level.
• Profile with solid analytical capacity, business vision, and client orientation.
