Pharmaceutical Filling Operator

Leading company in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products seeks to hire a filling operator to strengthen its plant team.

The Filling Operator will have to:

• Use automated equipment such as vial filling machines, syringe filling machines, and/or ampoule filling machines.
• Participate in validation processes and in aseptic process simulation (APS) in the sterile area.
• Prepare the work area: sterile room asepsis, checking the room status, sterile garments.
• Understand and recognize alarms and incidents, and report them to the production supervisor.
• Regulatory compliance according to good manufacturing practices (GMP), quality protocols, and internal procedures.
• Focus on order and cleanliness within the sterile area.
• Ensure the safety of oneself and the product.

• Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (CFGM/CFGS) in sciences, chemistry, or similar.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in filtration and filling of sterile liquid injectable pharmaceutical products in the sterile area (Grade B or A). Especially in an aseptic environment and process.
• Knowledge and use of equipment such as vial washing machines and depyrogenation tunnels is valued.
• Knowledge and use of gloves in RABS, equipment for glove integrity testing, execution of filter integrity tests with automatic equipment and filtration systems, and manufacturing guidelines in the sterile area.
• Experience in behavior within the pharmaceutical environment in the sterile area (gowning, attitude, behaviors, etc.).
• Knowledge of GMP standards and Annex I; management of quality controls in IPC
• Strict compliance with SOPs and GMP in controlled environments.
• Strict knowledge of SOPs and GMP in controlled environments.
• Knowledge of sterile processes, classified areas, personnel flow, and material flow.
