The role

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage projects in the construction sector in Valencia. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating real estate projects and will ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

What you'll do

Plan and supervise all phases of construction projects in Valencia.
Ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate work teams and external suppliers.
Oversee compliance with legal and safety regulations in the real estate sector.
Participate in all tenders and obtain the necessary documentation for the award and start of works, as well as obtaining the required certificates, reports, and licenses.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with each project.
Collaborate with the different departments of the construction company to optimize resources (Quality, After-Sales, Customer Service, Development...)
Ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality projects.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Building Engineering / Technical Architecture or similar, completed in Spain.
Previous experience in project management in the real estate or construction sector, with at least 5-10 years of experience as a Site Manager required.
Knowledge of project management tools and software (specifically Presto, AutoCAD, and Project)
Ability to lead teams and manage relationships with suppliers.
High level of Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
Results-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
