The role

We are looking to hire immediately, at our Madrid offices, a Junior Research Consultant / Real Estate Sector (m/f) to modernize and automate the phases of real estate market analysis.

What you'll do

The person joining as Junior Research Consultant / Real Estate Sector (m/f) will be responsible for the following duties:

Analysis of markets and trends across various real estate sectors.
Preparation of reports, market studies, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
Management, updating, and utilization of sector-specific databases.
Identification of macroeconomic and investment trends.
Automation of processes and analysis tasks using technological tools and AI.
Collaboration with different business areas to provide strategic information and analytical support.
Participation in the development of new research models and data-driven products.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The person joining as Junior Research Consultant / Real Estate Sector (m/f) must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience or knowledge in data analysis.
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
Interest and experience in Artificial Intelligence tools and automation.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is valued.
