AI Engineer, B2 English - insurance sector - BARCELONA.

We are looking to add an Engineer specialized in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to our team, with solid knowledge in AI and a strong data foundation, to take on a high-impact, strategic, and transversal role.

This is a position oriented towards architecture and technological enablement, not towards the execution of development projects (delivery).

The selected person must operate at two levels simultaneously: on one hand, defining the strategic direction of architecture and AI governance and, on the other, actively participating in technical tasks such as building proofs of concept (PoC), reviewing designs, preparing ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), and generating technical documentation and deliverables that are solid and directly applicable by the development teams.

They will work at the intersection of three strategic priorities:

• AI strategy and personal productivity: contributing to the productivity agenda through AI, by identifying, validating, and scaling new ways of working enabled by AI tools, with special attention to the measurable impact on architects, developers, and knowledge professionals.
• Agentic AI architecture: driving the evolution of the approach to agentic systems, multi-agent patterns, and the architectural foundations necessary for their responsible adoption.
• AI Factory enablement: acting as the Enterprise Architecture (EA) representative in AI Factory activities, ensuring that AI solutions developed at scale are architecturally sound, comply with Group standards, and are aligned with the corporate AI governance framework.

• Work model: hybrid, with 1 or 2 days of office attendance in Barcelona, Plaza de España area, and the rest remote.
• Indicative salary range: 46-48k

• Minimum experience: between 5 and 7 years.
• Languages: B2 English or higher, with the ability for fluent and confident communication. Interviews will be conducted totally or mainly in English.
