We are looking to hire, on a permanent basis, an analytical and proactive person with an interest in data analysis and the labor market, to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as a Junior Market Research Analyst at our headquarters in Madrid.

The position will focus on processing and analyzing information, preparing market studies, and supporting research and reporting projects. Ideal candidates will have a background in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

Analysis and processing of data related to the labor market, economic trends, and market studies.

Preparation and updating of reports, charts, tables, and data presentations.

Management and use of databases and spreadsheets.

Support for market research and quantitative analysis.

Review and validation of documentation and analytical information.

Collaboration with the team on analysis and reporting projects.

• With minimal supervision, responsible for acquiring, processing, integrating, and cleaning data from multiple sources, improving the organization's ability to make strategic decisions through better data quality and accessibility.
• Helps create and refine data dashboards and reports, using a variety of tools to automate data collection and report generation. Contributes to the development and efficiency of analytical processes, ensuring data insights are presented effectively to stakeholders.
• Contributes to data research and performs analysis with minimal supervision, identifying trends and variations that support the organization's strategic initiatives. This includes routine data extraction, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reports.
• Influences the execution of business intelligence projects and change management initiatives, providing essential support within assigned areas to better align with organizational strategies. Participates in the implementation of new analytical tools and techniques.

The profile we are looking for would require the following qualifications and skills: - Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related disciplines. Will work with Spanish labor market data, so a basic understanding of how the economy and labor market function is essential. - Sufficient level of English (use of English will mainly involve reading reports and occasionally writing some texts in English). Work will generally be conducted in Spanish, but many readings may be in English. - Sufficient proficiency in spreadsheet data management. This will be the foundation of the work, so strong skills in this area are essential.
