What we're looking for
- University degree in technical careers and alternatively Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related areas.
- Mastery of the Logistics and Industrial Market
- English C1.
- Advanced knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and autonomous in decision-making.
- Teamwork and results orientation
- Sourcing capability: Proactive attitude, oriented towards seeking opportunities, sourcing logistics assets with high motivation to achieve sales objectives.

The role
Contribute to the consolidation of a benchmark team in the Madrid logistics market, providing the necessary qualities to carry out successful and strategic real estate transactions, ensuring the satisfaction of clients and investors in the process of leasing and selling industrial and logistics assets. Become an essential part of the team, contributing to the continuous growth and success of BNP Paribas Real Estate in the real estate market, positioning it as a leader in the management of asset leases and sales at a local and regional level.
What you'll do
- Manage and market a portfolio of properties available for lease, including market assessment, pricing, and negotiation of lease agreements.
- Lead the process of selling properties to end users, from the initial assessment to the conclusion of the transaction, ensuring favorable conditions for clients and buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, buyers, and investors, providing exceptional service and managing expectations.
- Perform market analysis to evaluate demand, competitiveness, and price potential of properties, informing marketing strategies.
- Proactive prospecting of new assets and clients: Conduct market research to identify logistics and industrial properties with high potential, both for purchase and for lease.
