The role

Do you want to accelerate your professional career and become a benchmark real estate consultant in the Prime market?

At Randstad Professional, we collaborate exclusively with a consolidated boutique real estate consultancy with more than 20 years of history in Madrid, specializing in high-value operations and unique assets.

What you'll do

We are looking for a profile with experience in commercial environments within the luxury sector, premium retail, or real estate brokerage, with a desire to learn the profession from the field and grow through direct guidance from management.

Integrate in a 100% operational manner into the sales team of the new office to train and consolidate skills in the integral cycle of residential real estate consultancy: area prospecting, securing exclusive mandates, qualifying buyers, and negotiating high-net-worth property sales.

Prospecting and Asset Acquisition: Perform direct street prospecting, use specialized portals, and leverage contacts in assigned areas to secure sales mandates for exclusive homes.

Consultative Service and Advisory: Attend to owners and interested buyers with close, rigorous treatment adapted to the codes of high-net-worth clients.

Viewings and Marketing: Manage and guide commercial viewings of the portfolio properties, highlighting the architectural, functional, and location aspects of the asset.

Valuation and Market Analysis: Support the preparation of real estate valuations and comparative market analyses to set competitive prices.

Negotiation and Closing Support: Accompany during the offer phase, preparation of deposit contracts (arras), and coordination of the necessary documentation prior to the notary.

Reporting and Follow-up: Maintain continuous follow-up of the client and property portfolio through the company's internal tools.

How you'll work

Permanent contract: Contractual stability from day one, full-time.
