The role

Reporting to the General Secretariat, we are looking to hire a Lawyer with at least 7 years of experience in Legal Department departments, preferably in companies within the energy, real estate sector, or similar fields of activity.

Previous experience providing advice in energy/real estate matters
Important company in the energy sector at a national level

What you'll do

Negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, evaluating present and future legal risk
Advice and support to the General Management in asset acquisition or M&A operations
Analyze the impact of legal regulations on new activities or contracts
Advisory on corporate matters
Collaboration with external lawyers in conflict resolution
