Minimum of 5 years of experience in food quality, food safety, or management systems.
At least 3 years coordinating or leading teams.
University education related to the functions of the position.
Professional proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, and recommended knowledge of English.
Experience in audits, non-conformities, document management, indicators, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a rigorous, practical person with strong organizational skills. Someone who understands the importance of procedures but also knows how to apply them in the day-to-day work of the teams.

A food industry company located in the Vallès region is looking to hire a Quality Manager to ensure the proper functioning of the Food Safety Management System.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to coordinate and maintain the Food Safety Management System, ensuring it remains up to date, properly implemented, and aligned with current standards and regulations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the Food Safety Management System and proposing improvements to ensure its effectiveness.
Overseeing the management of non-conformities, from analysis to closure.
Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks related to food safety.
Providing technical support to teams regarding food safety issues, queries, and criteria.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Participating in certification processes.
Following up on corrective actions derived from audits, inspections, or deviations.
Acting as the point of contact with official bodies and inspections.
Analyzing system indicators and proposing continuous improvement actions.
Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, organizing priorities, tasks, and resources.
