We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Food Science and Technology, Agri-Food Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of prior experience in R&D positions within the food industry, having developed refrigerated, prepared, or fourth- and fifth-range products and participated in launch and scale-up projects.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for determining customer needs and gastronomic concepts for differentiated, profitable, industrializable products relevant to each channel, from initial definition through to commercial launch. Key responsibilities include:

Leading the product from idea through to launch and subsequent follow-up.
Designing and developing new references and improvements to existing products.
Researching market trends, gastronomy, and consumption habits.
Identifying opportunities for innovation and diversification.
Conducting culinary trials, formulations, and sensory validations.
Coordinating with operations and engineering for the industrialization of new products.
Defining production parameters and technical specifications.
Preparing technical data sheets and associated documentation.
Participating in cost and profitability analyses.
Managing supplier and ingredient qualification.
Driving continuous improvements to existing products.
Participating in client-specific developments.
Presenting proposals and prototypes.
