The role

As Laboratory Manager in Murcia, you will coordinate the daily activity of the laboratory to ensure orderly and reliable work. You will organize the resources and priorities of the area to respond to operational needs.

What you'll do

Direct and develop the laboratory team (microbiology, physico-chemical, and sampling), promoting a culture of performance, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Lead the operational reorganization of the laboratory, optimizing processes, resources, workflows, and productivity levels.
Guarantee compliance with quality standards and the requirements associated with ISO 17025 accreditation.
Define and implement the plan to expand the ENAC accreditation scope and lead audits and inspections.
Manage the budget, activity indicators, costs, and profitability of laboratory operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives oriented towards operational efficiency and the balance of the profit and loss account.
Collaborate with commercial teams on offers, tenders, and the development of key accounts, acting as a technical reference for strategic clients.
Lead the change management derived from the company's integration and transformation process.
