We are looking for an Assembly Manager / Site Manager to lead and supervise projects in the industrial and manufacturing sector in Loiu. This position requires experience in team coordination and technical knowledge in the assembly area.

As Site Manager / Industrial Assembly Manager, your mission will be to guarantee the correct execution of the company's most critical assemblies, leading activities on-site and coordinating the necessary resources to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines.

Among your responsibilities will be:

• Leading and coordinating complex industrial assemblies at client facilities.
• Supervising in-house teams and subcontractors during interventions.
• Managing planned plant shutdowns and associated maintenance activities.
• Resolving technical and operational issues during the execution of work.
• Coordinating with engineering, production, and sales departments to ensure proper project delivery.
• Participating in the planning and monitoring of operations and ongoing projects.
• Maintaining close relationships with client maintenance and operations managers.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery and assembly processes.

We are looking for a person with solid experience in demanding industrial environments, accustomed to working on the ground and capable of leading teams in situations where the ability to react and make decisions is fundamental.
Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Languages: Fluent English
• Demonstrable experience in industrial assemblies, industrial maintenance, or plant commissioning.
• Valuable experience in steel mills, electrolysis plants, metallurgy, heavy manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Knowledge of steel structures, boilermaking, welding, and handling large equipment.
• English level sufficient to work in international environments.
• Availability for frequent travel, mainly within Europe.
• Experience coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors at industrial sites.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with demanding deadlines and non-standard projects.
