The role

📣We offer a Building Engineer Technical Office position for Fuerte Group, based in Marbella, Malaga. You will play a key role collaborating on the study of works, implementation, planning, scheduling, execution control and economic control of ambitious hotel projects nationally and internationally, leading both the civil works and installations and always ensuring success in costs, deadlines and quality.

What you'll do

🎯 Hotel Project Management and Control

Leading the study, strategic implementation and planning of the works, setting clear objectives, allocating resources and optimizing budgets by work package to guarantee the overall success of the project.
Economic and execution control: Monitoring costs, deadlines, orders and documentation control.
Drafting and technical review of large-scale projects: From the initial phase (demolition, structure) to the final finishes (masonry, cladding, interior design, urban development, furniture and equipment).

✍️ Technical Office and Tenders

Preparation of competitive bids for FG Construction: Comprehensive drafting and design of reports, budgets, schedules and project planning.
Precision technical development: Preparation of measurements, detailed budgets, review of installation projects and drafting of plans.

🏗️ On-site Coordination and Management

On-site monitoring: Conducting technical visits, controlling the status of civil/architectural works and preparing technical action reports.
Partner management: Hiring, supervision and direct coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring Fuerte Group quality standards.
Proactive collaboration in other key functions required by the technical management within your area of competence.
