• Permanent contract.
• Cross-functional position within the finance department

Accounting & Financial Management

• Recording and accounting for invoices from clients and suppliers.
• Managing and reconciling collections and payments.
• Bank reconciliations and periodic review of accounting records.
• Accounting and monitoring of monthly payroll.
• Control and reconciliation of intercompany operations.
• Recording and monitoring of foreign exchange differences in international operations.
• Participation in monthly accounting closings and preparation of financial reporting.

Treasury & Accounts Payable/Receivable

• Monitoring accounts receivable and preparing periodic collection reports.
• Preparing payment proposals and coordinating approval workflows.
• Executing and controlling domestic and international payments.
• Overseeing the treasury position and bank movements.

Tax & Compliance

• Preparing tax documentation and supporting tax filings.
• Preparing reports and documentation required by regulatory bodies.
• Supporting financial audits and accounting reviews.

Reporting & Business Support

• Preparing periodic financial reports.
• Preparing ad hoc reports for different business areas.
• Collaborating on budgeting processes and financial forecasts.

Education

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in general accounting positions.
• Experience managing the complete accounting cycle.
• Valuable experience in groups with multiple companies or international environments.
• Previous experience in sectors related to hospitality, real estate, or services will be a plus.

Technical Skills

• Advanced level of Excel.
• Experience working with accounting ERPs.
• Valuable experience with NetSuite or other similar tools.
• Knowledge of taxation and financial reporting.

Languages

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
