Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in software development.
Solid experience in .NET and Angular technologies.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Hands-on experience in TDD.
Experience working in Pair Programming.
Knowledge and application of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Knowledge of SOLID principles, Object Calisthenics, and object-oriented software design.
Experience or knowledge of Clean Architecture.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and Lean principles.
Experience working on legacy code and performing refactoring tasks.
Interest in the application of AI tools within the software development lifecycle.
Ability to adapt to change and integrate into highly collaborative teams.
Minimum B2 English level (essential), with the ability to participate in meetings, collaborate with international teams, and operate in work environments where English is the habitual language.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and continuous learning skills.

The role

We are looking for a Software Crafter with experience in .NET and Angular development, passionate about software engineering best practices and collaborative work. You will join one of our clients, participating in both new developments and the evolution and modernization of existing platforms.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Apply Extreme Programming (XP) practices, especially Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.
Actively collaborate in Mob Programming sessions and synchronous teamwork.
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines.
Apply Lean principles to maximize value delivery and minimize waste.
Implement and promote Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and object-oriented development best practices.
Perform code reviews and foster a culture of constructive feedback.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of the developed solutions.
Participate in modernization and refactoring initiatives for legacy systems using low-risk techniques such as characterization testing or testing seams.
Integrate AI tools and capabilities within the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Team Leads, and the rest of the team to drive continuous improvement and product quality.
