What we're looking for

High level of English C1 (essential).

The role

We are looking for professionals from Big4 with experience in Transactions, Deals Advisory, or Transaction Services to join a multinational company with a strong international presence. The initial onboarding will take place in Madrid for approximately 6-12 months and, subsequently, the person will assume their permanent destination as an expatriate in Johannesburg, South Africa.

What you'll do

Participate in the definition and execution of strategic initiatives for the region.
Support regional management in financial and operational decision-making.
Prepare financial analyses, business cases, and economic models.
Supervise planning, forecasting, and budget control processes.
Drive process improvement and organizational efficiency initiatives.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
Coordinate aspects related to audits, compliance, and internal control.
Participate in transformation and business improvement projects.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate different support areas.
Collaborate closely with regional managers to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Monitor financial and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
Travel regularly within the region to support various operations.
