The role

As a Procurement Technician in Erandio, you will manage the procurement of materials to contribute to the continuity of activity in the industrial and manufacturing sector. You will coordinate the purchasing and monitoring tasks necessary to maintain the availability of resources for the Facilities Management area.

What you'll do

Plan the procurement needs for materials and services in the Facilities Management area.
Manage purchase requests to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
Monitor orders, from their issuance to the receipt of the material or service.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm deadlines, quantities, and delivery conditions.
Update order and availability information to facilitate purchasing control.
Review incidents related to deliveries, quantities, or materials and follow up on them.
Collaborate with internal areas to gather needs and prioritize procurements.
Participate in the improvement of purchasing organization and supply control.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Experience in procurement, logistics, or operations administration.
Previous experience working with Slimstock (essential requirement).
An organized profile oriented toward inventory control.
