Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor management, personnel administration, or payroll processing.
Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Labor Sciences, or similar.
Regular use of labor management tools and the Office suite.
Organized, methodical and detail-oriented profile.
Interest in developing a professional career in the labor field.
Proficiency in computer programs and applications: Siltra, Contrat@, Delt@, Certific@2, mastery of A3 nom, and advanced office tools (Excel/Word).

Nice to have

Previous experience in a labor consultancy or agency is highly valued.

The role

We are looking for a Labor Technician to join their Labor Relations department, within a stable project that offers continuous training, professional development, and long-term growth.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Preparation and review of payroll.
Management of social insurance.
Registrations, terminations, and modifications with Social Security.
Management of employment contracts and communication through Contrat@.
Preparation of letters, communications, and labor documentation.
Processing of IT processes, permits, and other incidents.
Labor law advisory.
Resolution of inquiries related to labor legislation and personnel administration.
Preparation of contractual clauses and documentation linked to labor relations.
Application and interpretation of different collective agreements.
Submission of annual informative tax returns (model 190) and coordination with the accounting department for the submission of model 111.
Grants management.
