Occupational Risk Prevention Technician - Arganda del Rey (M/F)

Important multinational in the industrial sector needs to hire an occupational risk prevention technician to manage the company's health and safety plan at its production plant located in Arganda del Rey.

Manage the company's health and safety policy, ensuring its proper implementation throughout the organization. The person will be responsible for implementing and supervising the occupational risk prevention plan, ensuring regulatory compliance in matters of safety, health, quality, sustainability, and integrity, and participating in the Health and Safety Committee and managing concurrent business activities. They will also support HR in training and wellness plans, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain communication with external organizations.

University education + 3 specializations in Occupational Risk Prevention (master's degree mandatory).

At least 2 years of experience in a position as an occupational risk prevention technician in industrial or similar environments.

English: conversational level B1+/B2 (a test will be administered).

Permanent contract with the company.

Salary commensurate with the candidate's qualifications + social benefits (meal vouchers, English classes, etc.).

Schedule (100% on-site): Monday to Thursday office hours until 5:00 PM and Friday with a continuous working day.

Gestionar la política de prevención y seguridad de la compañía, asegurando su correcta implantación en toda la organización. La persona estará encargada de implementar y supervisar el plan de prevención de riesgos laborales, garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en materia de seguridad, salud, calidad, sostenibilidad e integridad, y participar en el Comité de Seguridad y Salud y gestionar las actividades empresariales concurrentes. Asimismo, apoyará a RRHH en planes de formación y bienestar, liderará iniciativas de mejora continua y mantendrá la interlocución con organismos externos.

Formación universitaria + 3 especialidades en Prevención de Riesgos laborales (imprescindible el máster).

Experiencia de al menos 2 años en un puesto como técnico de PRL en entornos industriales o similares.

Inglés conversación nivel B1+/B2 (se hará prueba).

Contratación estable por empresa.

Salario en función de la valía del candidato + beneficios sociales (tickets restaurante, clases de inglés, etc).

Horario (100% presencial): de lunes a jueves en jornada de oficina hasta las 17h y viernes intensiva.
