What you'll do
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring integral safety within the facilities, guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations and the company's high safety standards.
Main functions and responsibilities
Assessments and emergencies: Perform occupational risk assessments and develop/update the plant's emergency plans.
Training and awareness: Deliver periodic safety training and talks to personnel.
Operational supervision: Supervise the correct use of PPE and strict compliance with regulations in the plant and during works/interventions.
Accident investigation: Investigate work incidents and accidents to propose and implement corrective measures.
External stakeholder management: Coordinate preventive activities with external prevention services (SPA) and collaborating mutual insurance companies.
Reporting and analytics: Presentation of reports to the client with their corresponding KPIs, analyzing them to propose continuous improvement plans.
