Occupational Health and Safety Technician (Construction)

We are looking for a QHSE Technician with at least 3 years of experience in the construction sector, who brings solid knowledge in OHS, ISO management systems, and site supervision. It will be important to have the flexibility to undertake occasional travel and to operate in demanding, high-quality construction environments.

Reporting to Management and being part of a consolidated department, you will participate in the simultaneous management of several projects, being responsible for:

• Supervising health and safety conditions on site.
• Carrying out periodic visits to projects in progress.
• Preparing and updating Health and Safety Plans and associated preventive documentation.
• Investigating incidents and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures.
• Providing training in OHS, quality, and environment.
• Acting as an interlocutor before official bodies and labor authorities.
• Coordinating business activities (CAE).
• Managing and monitoring ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Collaborate in internal and external audits.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives regarding quality, safety, and environment.

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specialties (or at least the Occupational Safety specialty).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience in Coordination of Business Activities (CAE).
• Regular use of office tools and the Google environment.
• Availability for occasional travel at a national level.
